I'm an experienced and highly collaborative product designer with strengths in solving complex problems, identifying user needs, and translating customer feedback into product requirements. I'm passionate about building intentional, meaningful, and effective products that deliver value and move metrics.
I'm currently a Senior Product Designer at Spring Health in New York City. I'm leading Product Design for Spring's Caregivers Experience team, designing a new and novel mental healthcare delivery system that enables care team members to coordinate longitudinal care throughout their clients' journies.
Before Spring, I was a Senior Product Designer at Flatiron Health in New York City. I was part of Flatiron’s Practice Management initiative, designing an integrated billing platform and revenue cycle management service aimed at improving the financial health of oncology practices and their patients. I created a role as a hybrid designer and front-end developer, and co-managed our Design Systems team that was focused on driving easier/faster building of consistent solutions across product lines. I also created Flatiron's Design Summer Internship program, during which I managed and mentored college students. I joined Flatiron as the fourth designer in 2018 and helped shape the culture of Flatiron's now 25+ person design team.
Before Flatiron, I worked as a UX Designer at athenahealth in Boston. I joined in 2016 and was part of their Hopsitals, Radiology, and Design Systems teams.
And before that, I graduated from the University of Michigan's School of Information with a Bachelor of Science in Information degree. I majored in UI/UX Design and Data Analytics, and minored in Entrepreneurship.
